went well. I had Jonie as my tech, he was very helpful. I let him
know that I didn't have a specific problem and that I wanted to
evaluate my laptops performance and increase its performance if
possible. I told him I was in Cebu and he got my email and cell
number incase we were disconnected. The process went smoothly until
I closed the wrong window and disconnected Jonie. I went back the
site and got a different tech who connected me to Jonie just as
he was sending me a text. He is quick. Jonie was really good at
explaining what he was doing and why it would increase the performance
of my system. He also enhanced the settings on my ZoneAlarm security
suite so it would work better with my MS Vista operating system.
Overall it was very impressive.

Joe and I had
our computers serviced by your MyComputerBuddyOnline.com today.
My computer had been acting slow and had alot of "clutter"
